Texas CASA

Role: UX/UI, Strategy, Visual Design
Duration: 2020

Problem

Texas CASA aimed to raise awareness and attract new volunteers through accessible resources and a defined set of brand guidelines.

To improve access to the organization’s information and attract more volunteers, the client's website required a redesign to provide easier navigation of resources and implement a consistent set of brand guidelines.

Research

Based on qualitative and quantitative data, there was a 16% decrease in volunteer form submissions and overall site interaction.

Design

The design process included working closely with the client and project managers. This was crucial in defining goals and developing assets.

User Experience

Wireframes and prototypes provided flow insights and provided the most seamless experience, and aligned communication and vision with the client.

Brand Guide

Defining digital components, typography, and color systems provided a more cohesive visual experience and guidelines for future developments.

Outcomes

With the launch of the new website and defined brand guide, Texas CASA saw an increase in volunteer form submissions and site visits.
