Overview

In a series of high-impact digital-wide financing enhancements, I redesigned promotional areas across the shopping path, implemented express checkout methods, and created a designated financing page to increase promotional visibility throughout the shopping path and streamline orders.


Problem

There was a decrease in financing pre-qualifications, desire to increase orders by adding more convenient payment methods, and need to streamline the order process.


Research

I gathered exisiting analytics, analyzed new patterns, identified opportunities to inform concepts.

Analytics

Gathered quantitative and qualitative data to identify user pain points, and areas of opportunities.


Competitor Page Test

Researched industry competitors and tech product brands to gather examples of design trends and best practices.


Customer Journey Mapping

Compiled a series of user actions across the shopping path to document where customer interact with financing content and pin point areas of opportunity.






Design

I leveraged research to validate concepts across end-to-end design, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to align goals, gather feedback, and iteratively adapt prototypes.

Financing Page

The redesign of the Financing Page allowed for a optimized information hierarchy to easily digest information, and compare payments based on different financing options.


Product Pages

Updating pricing layouts to accommodate complex financing offers and widgets. It was key to keep simplistic and engaging executions to fit into the current experience.


Checkout

Implementing convenient payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal were essential to streamline orders and meet express checkout goals.


Outcomes

We were able to minimize page density, highlight benefits, and showcase offers deeply integrated into the shopping path. This provided a more intuitive and seamless experience.
